but you can call me Lex. I'm a CX Designer Expert and I have 8 years of experience with big brands around the world

I was an intern and started my journey as a designer.

I worked for 6 years in several digital agencies, creating campaigns, digital interfaces and interaction models. At the end of 2014, I had my career transition, I was a digital art director and started working as an information architect. At the time the term UX was not known.

As an information architect, I started to work creating navigable prototypes, navigation flows, site maps, interaction models and interfaces for mobile, tablets, laptops, desktops, totems and several other digital devices.

I gained experience working on several projects for startups, Brazilian companies and global companies.

Over time, after working on several UX projects, I decided to specialize in CX (Customer Experience Design) because this way I can combine my experience with UX, UI and Digital Marketing skills. this way, I can understand digital products and services as a whole and thus deliver solutions beyond digital interfaces.
